Shlomo Katz
Shlomo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grandview Developers. An active real estate investor, owner and manager since 1979, Shlomo has been directly involved in the acquisition of many multifamily units, multi-tenant office buildings, and ground-up development.
Shlomo has been personally involved in all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing. His investments have shown a strong history of success in improving both the quality of life for the residents of its communities, as well as substantially increasing the value of the assets for his investors and equity partners.
Isaac Katz
Isaac leads the asset management, leasing, property management, and development sourcing teams at Grandview Developers.
Isaac is responsible for portfolio-wide analysis and reporting.
Isaac ensures we maximize our revenue by assisting in the preparation and approval of property and capital improvement budgets.
Shimon Katz
Shimon is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day acquisition, development and operating activities including sourcing deals, capital raising, financing, and joint venture structuring, as well as asset and project management.
Tehilla Siegfried
Tehilla serves as the team’s Vice President of Acquisitions & Development. As such, she is involved in all due diligence, financing and underwriting activities. Prior to joining Grandview in 2014, Tehilla was an investment management and acquisitions analyst at Pomona Equities, a real estate owner-operator, where she helped manage a 6-million-square-foot office portfolio based in New York and New Jersey
Goldy Kupfer
Goldy serves as the Firm’s Corporate Controller. Goldy joined the Firm in 2010. She is responsible for all the financial reporting and internal controls related to the Corporate/ Operating Companies. This includes budgeting and forecasting, treasury management, benefits reporting, accounts payable and receivables management, financial systems implementations and corporate valuations. Goldy is also responsible for Corporate Reporting SEC compliance.
Since joining Grandview, Goldy has been involved in the implementation of accounting, budgeting, and expenses management systems.
Prior to joining Grandview, Goldy worked with Eagle Property Company where she worked in the Property Management Group.
